Planning

How couples plan the music for their night

Couples plan in the Houseset planner, one moment at a time. A playlist builder suggests songs, and the couple has the final say on every one.

  1. Start from the moments

The planner opens with a typical night: ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, grand entrance, first dance, toasts, open dancing and last song. Couples rename, reorder or remove any of them.

  2. Describe each moment

For each moment, couples write a sentence or two about how it should feel, list must-play songs, or import a Spotify playlist they already love.

  3. Review the suggestions

The playlist builder uses AI to suggest songs from our DJ catalog that fit the moment's mood and length. Couples keep what they like, swap the rest and add anything we missed.

  4. Set the limits

Couples add a do-not-play list and choose clean versions for part or all of the night. Guest requests follow the same rules.

  5. Record the names

Couples type the names for each announcement and record how to say them. They listen to every announcement and approve it before the day.

  6. Your coordinator signs off

Your team reviews the run of show and timings. A week before the wedding, the music, announcements and lighting are stored on the booth.

For venues

Your team stays in control

You choose which moments every wedding includes and set house rules, like a quiet hour or a curfew for the last song. Couples plan inside those rules, and your coordinator sees the result before the day.
