From install day to the last song
Here's what happens at your venue with Houseset, and who does what at each step.
- Once, about one day
We install the booth
Our team installs the speakers, microphones, lights and the booth, tunes the sound to your room and trains your coordinators.
- Weeks before each wedding
Couples plan in the Houseset planner
You invite the couple. They choose music for each moment with the playlist builder, set a do-not-play list and record how to say every name.
- A week before
Your team reviews the run of show
Your coordinator checks the moments and timings. Houseset prepares the announcements and stores the music, voice and lighting on the booth.
- On the night
The coordinator starts each moment
From a phone, the coordinator taps Grand entrance, First dance, Cake cutting and the rest when the room is ready. Between moments, the booth mixes the couple's music by itself.
- During the party
Guests request songs
A QR code on each table opens the request page. The most-voted songs play next. Anything on the couple's do-not-play list never shows up.
- Every event
We keep an eye on the booth
Houseset checks the booth before each event and alerts our team if something needs attention. If the music ever stops, the booth starts it again within seconds.
On the night
A person always decides when
Toasts run long and dinner runs late. Houseset never starts a moment on a timer. Your coordinator taps it when the room is ready, and the booth handles everything that follows.
