What your venue provides
A spot for the booth and power
- A space near the dance floor for the booth, about the size of a small table
- Standard power outlets near the booth and the speakers
- No internet needed. The booth brings its own Wi-Fi for your coordinators and guests
- One day for the install, usually on a weekday

Install day
What happens when we install
Site visit
We look at your room, where couples dance and where guests sit, and confirm the kit.
Install
We mount the speakers and lights, set up the booth and run the cables neatly or out of sight.
Tuning
We tune the sound to your room so it's clear at the tables and full on the dance floor.
Training
Your coordinators run a practice wedding, from the grand entrance to the last song.
